The Property is to be purchased by the Syndicate for £33,418,000, made up of a £18,714,080 non status, limited recourse loan facility and a £14,703,920 cash contribution from the members. The developer has entered into a cash backed 10 year licence to secure the rental income to the Syndicate members.
