Practical completion and tenancy for the Cobalt Enterprise Zone Syndicate

Chancery is pleased to announce the practical completion of plot 21 on the Cobalt Business Park, a property purchased by the Cobalt South Building ‘D’ Development Syndicate. The syndicate had successfully negotiated lease terms with the Newcastle Building Society, who have now taken occupation of part of the property following practical completion.
