Completion of Hamilton Babcock Development Syndicate

Chancery are pleased to announce that the financial completion of the Hamilton Babcock Development Syndicate took place on 4 April 2008 for the agreed purchase price of £22,250,000.

 

Due to the short timescale of the deal, Chancery underwrote a small element of the building and this is now available for the 2008/09 tax year.
