New Tenant for Excelsior Park 411 June 2009
We are pleased to announce that an exchange of contracts for the grant of a lease has recently taken place for the letting of 25,000 sq ft (5 of the 8 units) of the above Syndicate buildings. The tenant, Leicester based F&P Wholesale will sign a 10 year lease on the property at a rate of £5.50 per sq ft. The company, who will use the development for storage and distribution, will commence trading from Wishaw later this month.
This will be the first Scottish outlet for the company, who supply a range of heating, plumbing and bathroom products to the trade, and have a network of 10 distribution centres in England.
