We are pleased to announce that the latest Chancery Enterprise Zone Syndicate has been launched. Investors are being invited to invest in one of the few remaining Enterprise Zone schemes to be developed within the Lanarkshire Enterprise Zone. Funds will be allocated strictly on a “first come, first served” basis. The closing date is the 31 March 2010 or earlier if fully subscribed.

Hamilton International Park is one of the largest sites within the former Lanarkshire Enterprise Zone and has proved to be one of the most successful Enterprise Zones attracting companies employing in excess of 4,200 staff. Occupiers include Scottish Power, HSBC/First Direct, Carillion, ICM, T-Mobile, Babcock Rail and Centrica.
