Cobalt (Building 26) Development Syndicate

We are pleased to announce that the latest Chancery Enterprise Zone Syndicate has been launched. Investors are being invited to invest in one of the few remaining Enterprise Zone schemes to be developed within the Tyne Riverside Enterprise Zone No 1.  

Cobalt Park is the UK's largest office park, with around 1,250,000 square feet (116,000 m2) of office space built or under construction.  You can find further details about Cobalt Park at www.cobaltpark.co.uk. 

The investment will comprise of a high quality office building totaling 92,140 sq ft net internal area. 
Funds will be allocated strictly on a "first come, first served" basis. The closing date is the 31 March 2010 or earlier if fully subscribed.
