Another Successful EZS Scheme Raised by Chancery - Hamilton International (HFD) 3

Chancery has further established itself as a leader in the Enterprise Zone Syndicate (EZS) Market. Following the last tax year’s hugely successful, and oversubscribed Cobalt Data Centre Development Syndicate which raised £183,400,000, we have just successfully closed another EZS to investors. The Hamilton International (HFD) 3 Development Syndicate proved to be very popular with both investors and professional advisers and the £52,796,766 purchase price was comfortably exceeded. As a result some investors, who missed out, are now actively considering other EZS offerings from Chancery.
