The Hamilton International (HFD) 4 Development Syndicate Closes Early

Chancery has successfully closed another Enterprise Zone Syndicate (EZS). HFD 4, a £35 Million investment, proved to be yet another popular EZS with Independent Financial Advisers and investors and, like HFD 3, it was significantly oversubscribed.

The financial closure of HFD 4 means that in the last year, Chancery has raised and closed over £271 Million in EZS. This includes over £88 Million in the last month.

Interest has not stopped when HFD 4 closed. There has been a huge amount of interest and indeed applications in our two current EZS opportunities - Hamilton International (HFD) 5 and Cobalt (Building 26).
